Remembrance in your local area!

Remembrance Day is an important date in our calendars. Identified as the day to remember the service and sacrifice and to honour all those individuals, past and present, who defended and protected our way of life. It is an important day for all but particularly for our veterans.

We remember the Armed Forces, and their families, from Britain and the Commonwealth, the vital role played by the emergency services and those that have lost their lives as a result of conflict or terrorism.

YSS particularly remembers the service and sacrifice of our Remember Veterans service users. Remember Veterans is a service designed for military veterans who are currently in, or are at risk of becoming involved in the criminal justice system. Our link worker develops an intensive 1:1 support plan to enable the veteran to access sustainable, independent living whilst reducing the likelihood of offending or re-offending.

Here is a guide for all those of you in the Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire who want to attend one of your local services.
