YSS has developed a clear Digital Strategy and we have undertaken a Data Maturity Analysis and established our Theory of Change. We are now looking for a new CRM/CMS system to help us move things forward.

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is available to download below and is open to any bidder submitting a proposal before the stated deadline. Although this ITT is not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, YSS will conduct the process in accordance with the key principles of transparency, non-discrimination and equal treatment.
